Oliver started his career as a mechanical engineer, where he was involved in building and project managing large-scale AI data centres. Coordinating complex packages and leading delivery teams gave him a strong foundation in both technical systems and practical project management.

That experience naturally evolved into a passion for how artificial intelligence can be applied beyond infrastructure—to transform the way businesses operate. Oliver has since shifted his focus to helping recruitment firms integrate AI into their daily workflows, from reducing time spent on admin to improving candidate sourcing and lead generation.

Today, as Director of GPT-integrator, he partners with small and growing recruitment agencies to make AI accessible and results-driven. Known for his down-to-earth and practical approach, Oliver bridges the gap between advanced technology and the real challenges agency owners face—helping them save time, cut costs, and scale smarter.
